The update added sliders for the amount of noise, height of the terrain and flat shading. There's also a new horizon effect and you can change its glow color separately from the clouds.
Better procedural texture filtering. Less flickering on flat ground, sharper lines on high ground in the distance.

You need the last version of Wallpaper Engine or this wallpaper won't work right so if you have issues, make sure Steam updated the program.
