Faster Archer Volleys для Total War: SHOGUN 2

This is a port of the Faster Archer Volleys mod from Thrones of Britannia for user 'AbatedFawn'.

It reduces the amount of time archers spend 'aiming' between reloads. It means they deal more damage in a short amount of time yet also use up their arrows a lot faster. Better keep some back in reserve just in case!
