+ 2 Black Hearts
+ 1 Damage.
+ 1/6 Chance for Fear Shot
- Removes Charm Tears

Yuri's 'Act 2' Transformation

Hah... Haaah...
Requires: Mom's Knife.
+ 3 Soul Hearts
+ 3 Damage
+ When damaged. Leaves a Blood Trail with deals 70% of tears damage per tick.

Monika's 'Just Monika' Transformation

Can you hear me?
Requires: The Mind.
+ A random Pick Up will spawn every 75 seconds.
+ Items have a 1/7 chance to spawn every 10 seconds.

Open your third eye.
- Active Item
- 4 Room Charge
+ Grants Triple Shot and Homing Tears for 1 room.
