Make sure this mod is listed before Core mod in Workshop menu.

DON'T HAVE STATIONEERS WITH WORKSHOP SUPPORT? RUNNING DEDICATED SERVER?
If you have version of game without modding support, download package of your choice from:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=16RmqA9hY5ad52fslw2GmRLKaflZ7CTzt
Open it up, go to GameData folder and copy mineables.xml to Steam\steamapps\common\Stationeers\rocketstation_Data\StreamingAssets\Data and overwrite previous file. If you want to revert changes, verify integrity of game files in Steam. Same should apply for dedicated servers(Stationeers\rocketstation_DedicatedServer_Data\StreamingAssets\Data)
