Complete and functional Prison

*Can Contain 200 prisoners
Aim of this prison was to figure out if a reception filter would work and if a filtered prison was profitable
*Reception filter does not work
*Filtering of cells & workspaces do work
*Prison is profitable, reaches 10 000 daily profit with ease
Challenges I came across
*Scheduling my prison as all 3 types are separated classes are hard to plan
*Figuring out the right amount of patrols
*Keeping random fights and deaths down
Bugs I encountered
*Laundry was not getting done in max security (fixed by placing a table: see wiki)
*Armed guard do not tire
*Carpentry has no interests (know bug it seems / Possible fix(seen in bug tracker): remove shops(have not been able to verify))
*General education has no interest either
*Laundry can only be assigend to 1 area (if done manually)
*Guard dogs getting stuck in jail doors
Fun facts & Tips
*Max and Normal security will allmost never tunnel (do cell block searches every 3-5 days)
*Min security will tunnel A LOT (do cell block searches daily)
*Min security do not need armed guard patrols
*Snitches/Ex law that are in the min security block don't need to be set in different security group
*Snitches/Ex law will die in Normal and Max security in less than a day time so put those in "protective custody"
*Separated Workshops are not as profitable as shared ones (will have to test that )
*Some of the Max security are not willing to fufill their needs even if they have a lot of Freetime
*Shower & Yard & Sleep time blocks can be replaced with the Freetime
*Separated Kitchens are not as performant as they should
Things i wish they would add
*Scheduling of cell block searches
*Being able to assign where your staff works (fe 5 janitors in Cell Block, A 10 in Cell Block B,...)
*Being able to hire your own teachers (those teacher will cover everything from normal class to workshop introductions)
*Security doors (2 types) Staff only and Guards only
*Security room change, requirment should be CCTV and Door Control stations (maybe addidtional weapon rack)
Overall this was a fun 'side' project where I learned quite a bit of the game this was my 2nd prison. I started with a budget of 500 000 (sale price previous prison). The First prison was a complete disaster in the end but still gave me a nice budget to work with
