Q's Edge Type 3 Crafting Unlock для Kenshi

A simple mod which changes the Edgewalkers research to unlock Edge Type 2 for crafting instead of Type 1 so that it's possible to crit an Edge 3 (50% chance at 100 weaponsmithing).

This mod will be a dependency for the mods I plan to release soon.
