This addon was originally released on garrysmod.org for Gmod 11 + 12 by TLEADER. I have fixed it to work for Garry's Mod 13, plus some new features! You can find the original upload here.

To use, put your crosshair in front of an NPC to see their name and health. It also shows the name/health of many other numerous things.

Variables:

npchp_showbar (1/0) - Toggle HP bar altogether
npchp_healthtext (1/0) - Show text over the actual bar
npchp_shownpcname (1/0) - Show name over health
