[FIXED] Rape Swep для Garry's Mod

This fix was originally made for the community DefconGaming. Anyone can use this addon, we just request that you do not reupload this onto the workshop.

What was fixed?
Some of the code was redone to give better performance and added hooks to fix server issues. One issue fixed specifically is when you're being *touched* and you switch jobs, you can then drop your whole loadout (Physgun, Gravity Gun, Etc.).
