Don't forget turn on mod in game launcher.

You can also try unsubscribe, delete [C:\Users\{USERNAME}\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod] folder and resubscribe to this mod. After several resubs steam version finally downloaded and recognized by the game.

Perfomance boost mod for slow PCs.

● Simplified ocean and rivers without any effects;
● Most of 3d objects are removed;
● Fast "Fog of War" and Snow effects;
