*Loosely* Inspired by Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA. Features three connected cities and suburbs, multiple towns/villages, port, beach, industrial zones, commuter rail system.
Private car factor is set at 60. There is quite some traffic on certain parts of the highway system and on/off ramps, however it is manageable and can be entirely solved with a well designed transit system.
